Something New

When we're looking back at our past, we are reminded of our shame or guilt - we lose our vision and our faith waivers. When we're so focused on our past, we really can't see something NEW that God wants to do. But look again! There is this great God, full of love and grace, who wants to do Something New in our lives.

Jesus prayed that we would experience unity and community. That's significant! God's dream is that we would live in authentic community; that we would look after each other; that no one would be isolated.

God wants to do Something New in our health. He cares about our wellbeing and wants us to know that it matters - when we are whole hearted and whole ‘bodied’ in our surrender and commitment to God, He is able to use us to do incredible things!

What if the Something New that God wants to do in our finances, involves the knowledge that He will provide for us? What if the Something New in our finances, means trusting Him more and worrying less?

What might it look like, if we were the church, at home too?

How would you work, if you were working for God? When I am going to work, or working with people – it can be really easy to forget that God is at work! You can be a catalyst for someone in your work environment.

I want to see Something New in my life. What if that Something New is right there, in front of us? What if that Something New has already been communicated to us, through the Word and all it requires of us is to engage with it? God is still guiding us, directing us, teaching us. What if you picked up the Word to hear what God wants to speak into your life, for yourself?
